Barron Lighting Group

In 1973, the seed for Barron Lighting Group was established with the purchase of Barron Manufacturing from Basic Electronics, an engineering company and printed circuit board assembler located in Illinois. Barron was then a contract manufacturer selling its services in Illinois and Wisconsin. Today Barron Lighting Group occupies a 40,000 square foot office and manufacturing plant in Phoenix, Arizona with an additional 110,000 square feet of warehouse space and eleven distribution centers around the United States. Barron also utilizes five manufacturing sites in China, with an operating capacity well in excess of 1 million square feet.

Efficient Lighting Corporation was founded in 2006 and is located in Buena Park, California. Exitronix

In 1984, while meeting with an amusement park customer, they described some frustrations with constantly changing exit sign light bulbs in hard to reach areas and simply stated “electronics is your business, can you come up with a light source that won’t burn out?” It was after that conversation the decision was made to design and manufacture the LED exit sign and the Exitronix brand was born. That amusement park customer was not only instrumental in the idea, but also issued an order for the very first LED exit sign at a cost of $395.00 each.

For three decades, Leprecon has provided lighting control, dimming and interfacing solutions for the performance industry. New Star Lighting has been manufacturing Confinement and High Abuse lighting for the past 20 years and is quickly becomingthe manufacturer of choice for all demanding lighting applications. Following decades of service, New Star has aggressively responded to customer needs by adding VR Architectural lighting (which can withstand the harshest of locations, conditions, elements and vandalism) to ourHealthcare and Cleanroom Series. New Star Specialty Teleconference fixtures were chosen to replace outdated fixtures at NASA, and we are proud to have designed, manufactured, and delivered custom oversized large scale LED luminaries for the 2005 World Champion Chicago White Sox at U.S. Cellular Field. While many are familiar with our confinement and high abuse lighting lines, we are more than confinement lighting now. Our latest introduction, LED technology, works in concert with New Star’s renowned rugged durability. New Star’s VR Architectural line effortlessly merges form and function and our Healthcare line incorporates realistic photographs of nature to simulate a virtual skylight or window.

 Our Vision:

With a passion for lighting, Barron launched its indoor and outdoor lighting division, Trace-Lite, in 2006, providing LED, Induction, Fluorescent and HID lamp solutions for virtually any application. The Specialty LED division followed soon after by offering decorative LED lighting solutions for both indoor and outdoor applications as well as full design capabilities allowing customers to tailor their ideas to meet specific criteria.
